White coffee has a nutty, sweet flavor profile, less acidic than black coffee - very different than traditional coffee, more like a tea.  It is roasted at a lower temperature than other varieties, so retains more antioxidants and more caffeine.  Can be brewed as espresso, drip coffee or French press.
