55-70 days. This hardy variety of artichoke is productive even in climates as cool as zone 3. Perennial in zones 7+, plants grow 3-5 feet.  3-5 flower buds per plant in first year.  Has a beautiful flower with purple-tinged edible buds.  Packet of 25 seeds.
